We ask that you allow 30-45 minutes for your session. However this could be longer depending on they type of session. Family Sessions are approximately 30-45 minutes. Equine and A Farmer’s Life are longer.

This is one of the hardest things to plan before your photo session! Never fear, we’ve got you covered (no pun intended) … Elise can go over this for you in your consult call.

We currently have locations in Auckland and Palmerston North for Family Photography.

This is our most favourite part!

Shortly after your photo session we’ll book you in for your Design + Ordering Appointment. We will meet over Zoom and show you all your gorgeous images in a cinematic slideshow. You’ll get to see all your images up close and personal and we can design artwork for you at that time.

Yes, absolutely! We offer 3 Digital Albums to choose from. 

We’re here to help you! We have a fun and unique way of helping you sort through your gorgeous images to find exactly what works for you! (but we know you’ll love them all!)

Your Avedon Portrait Experience includes 1 (one) Complimentary Design + Ordering Appointment. If you feel you can’t decide on your order at that time, we are happy to book you in for a second appointment. The fee for an additional Design + Ordering Appointment is $195 and payment is required at the time of booking.

To make sure you benefit from our Product Range credits, we ask that ALL decision makers are present at the Design + Ordering Appointment.

Yes, you certainly can! However, it is important to remember your prints and products from Avedon are professionally produced to achieve optimum colour and quality. 

Generic labs typically do not use archival quality inks and paper however at Avedon we ensure you have the highest of quality.

Of course! You are welcome to use your images from your Digital Album on any social media platform. Be sure to share the love and mention Avedon Photography when sharing!

Yes, absolutely! We keep the photographs that you purchase on file for 1 year in case you’d like to order more or larger pieces of artwork.

Unfortunately we cannot keep photographs that you don’t order so please make sure that you order the photographs that you love during your Design + Ordering Appointment.

Payment can be made at the time of ordering via Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Payment Plan with Fee Funders or Avedon Lay-By

All our orders are completed and payment taken at your Design + Ordering Appointment. Please ensure that you have an idea of what products/packages you would like to order prior to your appointment.

We ask that you allow 4-6 weeks for your artwork to arrive in our studio and to be checked that it’s perfect for you to pick up. Due to Covid-19 this may take slightly longer, but we’ll let you know each step of the way!
